We may process email address, role, name, city, country, biography, experience, skills, hourly rates, workplace details, photos, videos, documents, likes, matches, messages, reactions, read status, typing status, online status, last-seen data, push tokens, authentication records and technical logs.
3. Purposes
- Create and secure accounts.
- Display profiles and enable discovery, likes and matches.
- Provide chat, media sharing and notifications.
- Prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
- Meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations.
5. Providers
Bartind'r uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication, database and storage, and Expo-related services for app infrastructure and push notifications.
6. Sharing
Profile information may be visible to eligible users. Messages and attachments are visible to match participants.
7. Retention
Data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period when needed for security, backups, disputes or legal compliance.
8. Deletion
Delete your account in the app through Profile → Account → Delete account, or use the web deletion page.
9. Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing.
10. Children
Bartind'r is intended for users aged 18 or older.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes.
