1. Service
Bartind'r helps bartenders and hospitality businesses discover profiles, match and communicate. Bartind'r is not an employer, recruitment agency or party to agreements between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and do not impersonate others.
4. User content
You retain ownership of your content and grant Bartind'r a limited licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, discrimination, threats or exploitation.
- Fake jobs, profiles, scams or spam.
- Unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or dangerous content.
- Requests for unrelated payments or credentials.
- Scraping, reverse engineering or bypassing security.
6. User interactions
A match does not guarantee an interview, job, worker, payment or outcome. Users must verify people, venues, qualifications and conditions independently.
7. Moderation
Bartind'r may remove content or suspend accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law.
8. Availability
The service may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided as available. Bartind'r does not guarantee user identity, conduct, suitability or reliability.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bartind'r is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Bartind'r may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
